From the moment your order is confirmed, as we’re selling customized items, your products should be shipped in between 3 to 5 working days.
USPS is our major carrier, and a standard post should take 3 – 10 days to arrive after shipping. Faster shipping options will be offered as they become available.
Returns and Refunds
Our main goal is the satisfaction of our customers. In case you’re not satisfied with your product, the following can be changed or refunded, as stated bellow:
- You can return your non used product within 90 days for a replacement or refund
- Refunds will be done according with the amounts paid by the customer
- The return shipping will be paid by Photoized in such cases where your products arrive damaged or defective and confirmed by us (normally we’ll ask you kindly to send us a picture). In all other cases, shipping will be the customer’s responsibility.
- For wholesale, samples must be approved before the order, and returns will only be accepted in case of material damage which must be checked by Photoized staff.
